CE.EXE is a little goofy program that changes the BLINK attribute
to intense (or vice versa) by hitting F12 anywhere. it's a TSR.
if you dont have a F12 key on your keyboard, get a REAL computer! :)
Note: that encryption thing is a joke. i was just kidding... (but it works!)

the sample programs are README1&2.com... use CLS in dos before you view
them so you can see the top line..
