Announcing ThumbsUp! version 1.3c, the only effective, elegant and inexpensive
way to locate  and organize  your graphic files.  You  will be amazed by this
sleek,  fast,  efficient  graphics  browser,  which  includes  the  following
features:

o  Fast and accurate thumbnail generation -- by individual file, directory or
   entire disk. Disk scanning can be done in the background.

o  Support  for many  image and  clip-art formats,  both raster  and  vector,

   eliminates that ugly dithering which Windows does by default.

   customizable full-screen slide show.

o  A toolbar and keyboard shortcuts for common functions.

o  Extensive on-line help and customization of all aspects of the program.

ThumbsUp!  is distributed as  shareware  and may be evaluated free of charge
for up to thirty days. If you continue to use ThumbsUp after the thirty days
have elapsed,  you must  register.  The price  for an  individual license is

Problems corrected in 1.3c (since 1.3):

o   No longer shows "expired" when first loaded (keeps track of days)
o   Directory list displays drives in drive order (rather than label)
o   Volume labels are no longer used for local hard drives
o   "Save window pos" menu item corrected to "save position & database"
o   Faster directory list display
o   Windows colors are now correct after minimizing full-screen
    256-color image on 256-color displays
o   View window  no longer shows "select" cursor when image is stretched
o   Drag-and-drop from File Manager is fixed (drag to view files)
o   Catalog-printing progress indicicator is correct, and window doesn't
    disappear when not using Print Manager.
o   Latest JPEG library (4a) has been incorporated into ThumbsUp.
o   Several GP faults fixed, including specific file format problems (GIF,
    PCX and RLE/BMP), printing problems and index file errors.
