I. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

    The DOS UINSTALL program automatically installs IBMCDROM.SYS.
    If better performance is required for DOS applications,
    such as playback of video clips, install the Future Domain
    device driver (FDCD.SYS).

II. INSTALLATION

    1) Copy FDCD.SYS into the same directory that currently contains
       the IBMCDROM.SYS file.

    2) Find the line in your CONFIG.SYS file that looks similar to
       this:

        DEVICE=drive\path\IBMCDROM.SYS /D:IBMCD001

    3) Replace the line with the following:

        DEVICE=drive\path\FDCD.SYS /D:IBMCD001
