The following executable provides information on Paradigm Matrix Network and
allows you to fill out an application.  It does require color to work tho.  If
you don't have a color monitor, the inclosed PMAPP.APP can be edited in any
text editor and then uploaded to the IPC or sent to your nearest PMNet hub for
mailing to us.
