HOW TO INSTALL THE BORLAND C++ EXAMPLES.HLP FILE

To install the Borland C++ 4.0 Examples Help file, begin by copying
the file EXAMPLES.HLP to a directory such as C:\BC4\BIN or another 
directory of your choice.  Once you have done this, locate the
WINHELP.EXE file in your Windows directory.  Now open your Borland
C++ program group or another group where you would like the icon for
this help file to appear.  Select File | New | Program Item from the
Windows Program Manager. In the description box, type Borland C++
Examples Help or a similar description.  In the Command Line box,
type the path and filename of WINHELP, a space, and the path and
filename of EXAMPLES.HLP.  

For example:  
C:\WINDOWS\WINHELP.EXE C:\BC4\BIN\EXAMPLES.HLP

The working directory and shortcut key boxes can be left blank. Click
OK to create this icon, then double click on the icon to get help
about the Borland C++ 4.0 examples.
