This file lists changes made to FileControl so that you can decide if it
is worth while for you to upgrade to the latest release.

  1.0      - First release

  1.1      - Fixed a problem with opening WKS files.  Version 1.0 would open
             the file, but 1-2-3 would automatically convert it to the latest
             version of 1-2-3.  This signal an error message, which caused
             FileControl to say that the file was not opened.  The fix removes
             reacting to error messages when WKS files are opened and converted.

           - Also, a check of the filetype in the workgroup was put in to see
             if the type is WKS.  If so, a message appears saying that WKS files
             are not allowed in workgroups.
