KWCast - Network Message Broadcaster

     KWCast is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the 
user for evaluation. You are encouraged to "share" a copy of KWCast with
your friends and fellow network/computer users.  Please encourage them to
register their copy if they find that they can use it.  Please do not give
it away altered or as part of another system.

     This software is shareware, not crippleware. All functions in this
shareware version are enabled. This is so that you can test all the
functionality of the program.

     You are expected to register this program if you continue to use it
after trying it out. Registration will also entitle you to SOURCE & up-to-
date information on this product.

     Users of KWCast must accept this disclaimer of warranty: "KWCast is
supplied as is.  The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, 
including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of 
fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, 
direct or consequential, which may result from the use of KWCast."


REGISTRATION

     If you find this program useful and find that you are using KWCast
and continue to use KWCast after a reasonable trial period (30 days, 
for example), you must make a registration payment of $29.00 to Karl
Weller.  The $29 registration fee will license one copy for use on any 
one network up to 255 workstations at any one time.

     Commercial users of KWCast must register and pay for their copies of
KWCast within 30 days of first use.

     All registered users will receive a copy of the latest version of
KWCast and SOURCE. As a registered user, you will be informed when new 
versions of KWCast become available. You will receive special conditions 
for updating your version, depending on the changes made to the program.

CUSTOMIZATION:

     Customization is available, users wishing to have a customized version
of KWCast may contact Karl Weller at below address for pricing and quote.
Available customization include striking of credit/title information
and incorporation of personal Icons/Bitmaps.

SOURCE CODE

     Registered users receive source code.  The code is documented MSC
Version 7 C with interspersed blocks of assembly.  You will receive 
EVERYTHING needed to create KWCast (except a compiler/linker).
