What is Musicians Delay Calculator v1.0 beta ?

MDC-1000 beta is a application for sync-ing a delay or reverb to 
a song. It uses a note value and the tempo and gives a setting in 
milliseconds. It requires VBRUN300.DLL, MCI.VBX, and THREED.VBX in 
your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory to run. Click on the MDF-1000 name on 
the program for an About box.
