DISTRIBUTION OF MEGAWORD

Shareware Distributors, Disk Vendors, BBS SysOps and other 
distribution agents ("Vendors") wishing to distribute 
MegaWord are free to do so, on the following conditions:

1. Only the MegaWord Standard Edition may be distributed, 
   and only in its original form, consisting of the following
   files:
     MEGAWORD.EXE
     MWREADME.TXT
     MWVENDOR.TXT
2. The author must be contacted before distribution takes 
   place. This is to guarantee distribution of the most 
   recent version of the product.
3. Vendor must agree to stop any further distribution as 
   soon as the author so requests.
4. Vendor must include the author in the mailing list.
5. Vendor may charge a nominal fee for distribution of 
   the program.
