Windows ID Spy

The "how to" and "why to" and "what" are in the program, on the Help and About buttons.

This program was compiled in Visual Basic for Windows version 3.0. You will need the runtime library VBRUN300.DLL to run the program. It is available on most bulletin boards.

To install the Spy, unzip it (you've done that already, haven't you?), put the VBWINSPY.EXE file wherever you'd like, and place the THREED.VBX file into your Windows system directory ONLY IF YOU DON'T ALREADY HAVE A COPY OF THREED.VBX! Check and make sure; you don't want to overwrite a copy of that file with a different version. The version of THREED.VBX included here is the version included with Visual Basic for Windows 3.0 Professional Edition.

For the curious who are not developers, there is no charge for this program. For those of you who are developers, specifically in Visual Basic, the charge is that you send me by upload or mail some cool programs or demos you've done in Visual Basic. Yeah, I know that this "charge" is unenforceable, but don't you always like you can run faster, jump higher and generally feel better when you show off and share your brilliance?
