    Message Builder was developed to facilitate the use of WMsgBox(), a
    messaging function for FoxPro for Windows and DOS.  Version 2.01 is
    now one application (as oppose to having a separate version for DOS
    and a separate version for Windows) that will run under FPD and FPW.
