Dearchive in a temporary directory such as C:\MMTEMP that contains no other files.  Dearchiving onto a floppy is all right too.  Then run SETUP from Windows (not DOS).  Separately, install ToolBook files in directory \TOOLBOOK if there is no prior ToolBook.
