  For rules to craps please see the online rules: <CTL><R> pulls them up.

  Unregistered users have a minimum wager limit of 10, a wager limit of
500, and a bank limit of 32000.

  Registered users have a minimum wager limit of 100, a wager limit of 1000,
and a bank limit of 1,000,000.

  You may keep the same wager turn to turn if you wish by simply pressing
<ENTER>. Any other key will erase the old bet.

  If you type in the wrong number use backspace to remove it so long as
you have not hit <ENTER>.
