The previous release of QueryScan has a bug in
            the Soundex routine.  As far as I can tell, it
            occurred as the result of my futzing with it a
            few  months ago,  trying to reduce the size of
            the code.  I have recompiled the original code
            and included it in this release of QS.
            
            I am not sure to what extent the bogus routine
            was  circulated.  To check a previous version,
            convert  the name Lloyd.  If it comes up L300,
            it  is  correct,  otherwise,  it is  not.  The
            Soundex  cross-reference to the  1990-1993 NQF
            Surname  List *was* created  with  the correct
            version.
