Made entry of some information (such as dates) even more easier.

Added the ability to record the sky conditions, wind direction, wind speed,
temperature, soil tillage condition, soil moisture condition, and crop residue.

Added the ability to enter a dealer's EPA certification number and print it
on the notice to owner.

Expanded the space for Applicator's EPA certification number from 12 spaces
to 20 spaces.

Added the printing of the Applicator's EPA certification number in the notice
to the owner.

Changed the format for wind speed from knots to MPH.

Changed the procedures for printing to screen or printer so as to eliminate
leading spaces when showing or printing the amount of pesticide used and the
size/number treated.

Revised the screen format when entering, editing or deleting an application
to show only the name and not the record number for sky, tillage, etc.
