This is my first attempt at writting a program.
I know its not much, but, hey we all got to 
start somewhere. Look for bigger and better
as time goes on. 

This program will calculate the wind-chill
factor if you provide it with the variables.
These variables are the temperature and the
wind speed. The program will accept either
Celsius or Fahrenheit and MPH or KPH.
Just type "windchl" to execute the program.

This is most definately "Freeware" and you
are encouraged to share the program.
