CNP 3:

CNP is now at 256 colors.  Otherwise this issue of CNP functions much
like previous issues.

Simply copy the Archive CNP03.zip to the appropriate directory and 
unzip it using the current version of PKZip (204g).

Then simply type CNP3.

That ought to do it.
