Version 0.04 (May 28, 1994)
- Added information about the help button in the readme.txt
* Makes the pointer file read only if it is installed.
* Help now comes out when the user clicks on ReadMe.
* Now using an beta version CSinst to install the program.

Version 0.03 (April 30, 1994)
- Added support to change the information, question, warning, error
  and application icons.
- Included a few of sample pointers.
* Slightly altered the help to provide something like an about box.
- Saved the last position.
- Included a file_id.diz file for BBS distribution.
* Fixed a small bug that won't make setptr/PM properly read the
  warning setting
* Fixed a bug making the program not remove the pointer definitions.

* Made warnings on by default
- Saved the warnings settings in OS2.INI

* Disabled the remove button if no custom pointer is defined
