Installation Requirements
You must have one of the following installed as your system:

Microsoft Windows 3.x 
Windows for Workgroups 3.11
Microsoft Windows NT 3.x

Setup Instructions
1. Start Microsoft Windows.
2. Insert Disk 1 in drive A.
3. From Program Manager, select File menu and choose Run.
4. Type a:\setup and press ENTER.

Whitepapers
Several whitepapers are included as detail reference material.  These
whitepapers are presented in Microsoft Word 6.0 format. You will need
a word processor capable of reading that format to view or print these
documents. 

A Powerpoint presentation on business process reengineering
prepared by Deloitte & Touche is included. You will need a copy
of Microsoft Powerpoint 4.0 or the 4.0 Powerpoint Viewer to view
or print the contents of this file.
