Version 2.3 - [6/94] - Added support for the USERDATA.SGD file (an .INI file)
                       to store user-specific data for use during program
                       execution.
                     - Modified the "Print Letter" and "Print Memo" formats.

Version 2.2 - [6/94] - Added support for either "Arial" or "Times New Roman"
                       TrueType fonts in the Printouts of WP/YP "Full
                       Details" or "Summaries", and on the "To Do" list.
                     - Cleaned up some print formatting "bugs".
                     - Changed functionality of the "To Do" list to make
                       it more easy to use.  Also added the "Kill All Done"
                       option.

Version 2.1 - [6/94] - Added data fields for Mr/Mrs/Dr/ etc and for the
                       Middle Initial to clean up the "Print Letter" and
                       the "Export" functions.
                     - Doubled the number of records capable of being
                       "Exported".

Version 2.0 - [5/94] - Added ability to create free-form letters and memos
                       using either Microsoft Write or Microsoft Word For
                       Windows as a word processor for PhoneBok data.
                     - Fixed bug about menu options.enabling not being

                       WP and YP screens.
                     - Added the "EXPORT" function for use with Microsoft
                       Word for Windows to create "merge" tables.

Version 1.6 - [5/94] - Fixed bug which ocurred when you tried to delete
                       the single remaining TO DO item, or single remaining
                       item in the YP or WP listings in the Main Menu.

                     - Change display of TO DO items with no priority code
                       from "0" to "N" (meaning No priority code set).
