DESCRIPTION     
   sTOP tHAT is a Windows utility to allow the Caps Lock key to behave in the
   same way as a typewriter. The PC Shift keys reverse the Caps Lock key, so if
   the Caps Lock is on, and you press the Shift key, yOU TYPE THIS.

   sTOP tHAT changes the shift key so it behaves the same as an IBM typewriter:
   A shift key guaranties an uppercase character. sTOP tHAT allows the user to
   control how the Num Lock and Scroll Lock keys behave, and will indicate the
   state of all the keyboard locks if desired. Great for laptops. v1.76 $9.95
