  X-Menu is an easy to use window manager that allows you to become more
  productive by using popup menus wherever you are in Windows. X-Menu is
  based on several different menu interfaces that evolved from the UNIX 
  world, plus some new concepts.  X-Menu is simple in design, easy to 
  customize, and requires very little disk or memory resources.  Built in
  to X-Menu are several system utilities including memory, disk, task and
  window management tools. X-Menu is easy to configure and supports drag
  and drop functions.
