Step 2:

Add a provider using the 'Dial Other Internet Providers' program.
Use the following inputs:

Nickname: Helix
Phone Number: 689-8577 <or whatever phone number you've been given>
Login Script: helix.cmd atdt<phone number> <login id> <password>

Example of Login Script line:  helix.cmd atdt6898577 userid password
