1.  Please name the BBS that best fits the description of each category.

2.  Same BBS name may be entered for more than one category.

3.  The BBS must be a 24 hour BBS open to the public with a verifiable number.

4.  ONLY one vote per person!  We need your name and address for verification.

5.  Ballot must be received by 1/1/94 at a WCSA Member BBS or at our PO Box

6.  Download BALLOT.TXT and upload VOTE.###, where ### is your User number
    on the BBS you are uploading the ballot to...
