Loading or Adding ASCii historical quotes files is not supported in the
Shareware version of Chart-Util.

After installing the Registered version, you will be able to load ASCii
historical quotes files of many different formats.  ASCii files will be
treated the same as MetaStock or MegaTech  files as far as what you may
do with the file after loading it into Chart-Util.   This gives you the
added capability of transferring historical files to your charting pro-
gram by simply loading the ASCii quote file  and then writing it to the
proper file format used by your charting program.

Registration also removes the Shareware notices and any delay caused by
displaying the Shareware notices when a file is loaded.  All Chart-Util
features are fully activated only in the Registered version.
