       Chart-Util is a data file maintenance utility for users of stock
       charting programs  that employ MetaStock or MegaTech format data
       files.   It is not necessary to have either of those programs as
       many stock charting programs can use one of those data formats.

       Installation and operation procedures are explained in detail in
       the CU.DOC file.  It is advisable to print a copy of CU.DOC.  If
       unfamiliar with printing any text file from DOS,  here is a good
       way to do it....

         1. In DOS, log to the drive and directory containing CU.DOC.
         2. Enter the DOS command...  COPY CU.DOC PRN:

       Users are allowed up to  50  loads of data files in this evalua-
