Hello and welcome to the beginning of a whole new way of playing DOOM !!!

Before you can successfully dial the server you must edit the DWANGO.CFG file
using a text editor like "EDIT" or "Notepad".

There are 5 lines of text that contain parameters that DWANGO.EXE uses to
find and initialize your modem.

The init string for your modem is very important, it must:

	(1) Turn off error correction.
	(2) Turn off data compression
	(3) Turn off all hardware and software flow
	    control.

We have included a file, MODEM.INT that has the init strings for a lot of
modems, if you don't find yours the manual (yech) that came with the modem
will tell you what codes result in the effects described in 1, 2 & 3 above.
