 AB    Leveraging of academic, private practice and community clinic healthcare
       facilities provides access to clinical trials for many patients. Systems
       have been developed and refined to include a variety of practice based
       settings. WCRC has developed a decentralized, practice based research
       mechanism which allows cutting edge research to take place with minimum
       disruption to primary care physicians. Participants will learn about the
       possible and realized implementation strategies necessary to implement
       clinical trials in a large, multi site practiced based research
       mechanism.
