 AB    OBJECTIVE: The paper elaborates that reinforcing the spleen and stomach
       is key therapeutic method in treating AIDS with TCM (Traditional Chinese
       Medicine) it aims at heightening the curative effect of TCM for AIDS.
       METHODS: According to basic theory and practice of TCM analyse a great
       deal of data on treating AIDS with TCM and acupuncture. And deduce that
       the method is key one in treating AIDS. RESULT: After treating AIDS with
       the method, the symptoms of patient with AIDS can be relieved greatly or
       even patient with AIDS recovered. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS: TCM
       believe that spleen and stomach is related closely to the occurrence,
       progress and prognosis of diseases. We can say, strengthening and
       protecting spleen and stomach is the soul of treatment of TCM. It can
       produce good curative effect to use the method in treating AID.
