Problems corrected:

Adding error handling so the table can be started with
or without graphics files.

Added more handling where I saw more possible problems.

Installation:

Copy the icons to the C:\WINDOWS directory.
Copy the bitmap to the C:\WINDOWS directory.

Run ELEMENTS.EXE
