     IMPORTANT NOTE!
     The registration code is keyed to the Sysop's first & last name, 
     plus the BBS name. Therefore, the names on this form must match 
     EXACTLY with the names given in the LISA.CFG file. Once a code 
     has been issued, you can't change the names in the configuration 
     file. So make sure that the names entered above are EXACTLY what 
     you want, and that they match the LISA.CFG names. If you change 
     the name of your BBS, you get to send me more $$$.

     The registration fee is only $10.00 and applies to all future
