Welcome to SimAdd Version 1.00

What is SimAdd-

	SimAdd is a utility for SimCity to add some cash for your development of your city.  This was a real quick utility that I wrote for a friend of mine, and thought that other people might like to try it out.  This is the intial version and more features are planned in the later versions.  If you would like to give your imput send me mail at:  EccoNT@aol.com

Warranty-

	This software provides no warranty of any kind.  This software is provide "as is".  Ecco Entertainmnet and Martin Bowling take no responsibility for loss of data.  If you use this software, it is a good idea to make back up copies of the software that it will affect.  I haven't experienced any problems personally, but better safe than sorry!

How To Use SimAdd-

	Using SimAdd is very simple.  To invoke:  SimADD <name-of-city> <$$$>.  <Name-Of-City> = The name of City save file you wish to alter (without the *.CTY!).  <$$$> = The amount of money ADD to your treasury.  The amount MUST be an interger.  The *default* is:  $50000.  The *MAX* is: $5000000. Example:  SimADD Boston 25000.  25000 will be added to the city of Boston.  If you don't give any parameters or a (?) the quick help screen will pop-up.

Future of SimADD-

	I'm planning to add more features in the next version.  What would you like to see in the next verison?  Send in your suggestions.  I'm planning on doing a QuickWin & True Windows version of SimADD.
