To install CMPQwk 1.42 BETA, please run SETUP.EXE.

This setup program will install all of the new support files needed by CMPQwk 
1.42 beta. There are other, optional files you may want to procure. (See list 
below.) It will install icons into your shell if you desire, although in some
cases this procedure fails under NT. 

Note: European users should see the file SCS_REG.WRI for information about 
registering in Europe. 

If you have a version prior to 1.4x installed, you must install 1.4x to use
this update or your will lose your personal dictionary.  If this isn't an
issue for, we encourage you to update to 1.42.20.

* Other related files *

If you want the optional dialog help file, call a support system and download 
CMPDLG19.ZIP. (Or get it from our ftp site listed in the help.)

If you are installing from scratch and want the female voice procure the file 
142FMSND.ZIP and run FVOICE.EXE. 

If you use the optional male voice for version 1.4x, you will need updated WAV 
files in the file 142MLSND.ZIP (the logic for sound has changed). There is no 
setup for this sound option, see the TXT file inside the zip to use this file. 

* NOTE *

This is BETA software. Please report bugs to the authors on the various
support systems (and via other methods) listed in the help file.
This build will "expire" on 4/25/95, you will need to procure another
release after that date.

There are a few known bugs in this release. These defects are under repair.
They are all minor.
