Extended Attributes Library

This is a free C library intended to make manipulation of extended
attributes easier.  It provides a simple, straightforward interface to
the OS/2 extended attributes functions in the Dos API.

Brief descriptions of the components of the interface appear as
comments in the file "ealib.h".

It has been compiled and tested with IBM C Set++/2, but it should be
possible to use with other C compilers as it does not take advantage
of any special features of the IBM compiler.

I've done rudimentary testing of the code, but if you discover any
bugs I would appreciate hearing about them.
