WARPedBMP Version 1.2A Description: This release fixes WarpBMP.INI corruption that can occur from improper system shutdown or system crashes, this corruption could cause the following: failure to change desktop background, crash of WARPedBMP, or the extraction of all stored BMPs to the WARPBMP dir, when the requested BMP could not be identified. The WARPedBMP utility will work with all versions of OS/2 2.x, OS/2 For Windows, or OS/2 Warp. This utility is used to change the WPS OS/2 DeskTop Background automaticly to a new BitMap each time that the computer system is started or rebooted or at any selected timed interval while OS/2 Warp is running, it also stores the BitMaps to be used in a compressed archive file to save disk space. This change is done without manipulating the WPS settings or making any changes to the OS2.INI or OS2SYS.INI files. The archive contaning the BitMaps can be placed on any fixed drive on the system, it does not have to be on the OS2 default drive. When using this utility with OS/2 Warp, there is full control over the: Normal, Tiled, or Scaled display mode as well as the ability to change the DeskTop BitMap at any time from the WARPedBMP control panel. NOTE: This Package does not contain the VXRexx VROBJ.DLL Ver 2.0 file, if you do not already have this DLL on your system, then you should DownLoad the complete WARPedBMP package which is WBMPV12A.Zip.
