Christopher Allison ("Licensor") is willing to license Handy Calc v1.0 to 
you on a non-exclusive basis for your own use, subject to the terms 
and conditions of this agreement.

You may use Handy Calc v1.0 for a limited period of no more than 30 
days from the date of first use.  To continue use beyond 30 days  
requires a registration fee of 24 US dollars.  Upon registration the 
licensor will issue a registration password which shall not be used by 
any person or entity other than you, the customer.  Your registration 
password shall only be used on one computer at any give time.

You may only distribute copies of Handy Calc v1.0 and its 
documentation in its original unaltered form.  You may not charge a fee 
for Handy Calc v1.0 without the consent of the licensor (please, inquire 
with licensor if would like to charge a distribution fee).

Licensor disclaims all other warranties either express or implied 
including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, 
fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty of non-infringement 
with respect to the software and the accompanying documentation.

In no event will licensor be liable to you for damages, including any 
loss of profits , lost savings, or other incidental or consequential 
damages arising out of your use or inability to use the program.
