    This is a Windows shareware product that was written in Visual    
 Basic. You must a have copy of VBRUN300.DLL in your windows system 
 directory in order for this program to run.   
 
    Start the program and use the info function for further details.

    This data is shareware, you may distribute the unregistered files 
 freely provided that this readme file goes with the exe file.
    
    No Warranties are provided (or implied) as to the intended use 
 of this software. The user must assume responsibility for the correct
 and proper use of the software.
    
    The registration fee for this software is $4.00. If you decide to
 register please send cash or check (US currency) along with your return

    Please note that the program has an option to print a registration
 application form to your Windows compatible printer. Select Info, Then 
 select Print Form.

    After receipt of your application fee, a registration
 number will be sent to you via U.S. mail. Please note that you must
 already have a copy of the software, no disks will be mailed.  
    
    When your registration number is entered the program will let you 
 personalize your copy of the exe file. Additionally, the Stay On Top
 window option will be enabled at this time.
