MMNEWS.HLP is a Win Help file, click on it to view. 

If there is no association then:

Select MMNNEWS.HLP

Choose Associate from the File Menu.

In the Associate With box type:  WinHelp.EXE

then OK.

You can now view any .HLP file by clicking on it.
