Distribution Policy:
  The shareware version of PayCheck may be freely distributed
  as a complete package only on a non-profit basis.  For-
  profit distribution terms are described in VENDBBS.TXT.

Installing PayCheck: 
  Run INSTALL.EXE by double clicking on it from within the
  Windows file manager. Or, from Program Manager choose
  File, Run and type the path for INSTALL.EXE in the command 
  line box, then choose OK.

Definition of Shareware
 Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software
 before buying it. If you try a Shareware program and continue
 using it, we expect you to register. Individual programs differ
 on details -- some request registration while others require 
 it, some specify a maximum trial period. With registration, you
 get the simple right to continue using the software and an 
 updated program.

Limited Warranty for Registered Users
JSR Software warrants that the disks provided with the registered
version of PayCheck are free from defects for a period of 90 days
from the date of purchase. You may return defective disks to us for replacement or a full refund. JSR Software also agrees to provide
mail software support for a period of 90 days from the original
