This information is designed in a self running hypertext format
 as a Windows help file (.HLP).

1. Unzip all files into one directory
2. If you use Windows run "wildrice.hlp" from whatever directory you unzipped in
3. Wildrice.txt can be read as a text file without the hypertext capabilities
4. mm-wildr is in "Meal Master 8.0" format ready to import, 10 recipes

When used with windows hot buttons will let you jump from
one subject to another and automatically print the subject that
you want.
