TERRIFIC CLEANUP UTILITIES


The following utilities all process information during cleanup and work with 
either MajorBBS or WorldGroup.

ADDCOMM - Adds Comment files that display while unzipping library files.
          Comments are added either offline or during cleanup automatically.
          WORKS WITH ANY BBS.

ANSI    - Changes ANSI files daily.. to display rotating ANSIs or a different
          one each day.  WORKS WITH ANY BBS.

CHGTIME - Changes Time for Daylight Savings Time automatically at cleanup
          without taking your BBS down.  WORKS WITH ANY BBS.

CIDRPT  - Prints contents of New user File for MajorBBS to a report to record
          CallerID information on as well.

CODEPRT - Prints labels for Subscription ID codes generated by Cheersoft's
          Accounting Package.  Can be attached to business cards, letters
          etc.

DOM     - Runs different batch files on different days of the month.. for 
          example, delete your audit trail on the first of each month, etc.
          WORKS WITH ALL BBS'S.

DOW     - Runs different batch files on different days of the week ... for 
          example, backup Monday, defrag Tuesday, etc.  WORKS WITH ALL BBS's.

MOVEREP - Zips and moves reports to an archive directory for future reference.
          Ideal for keeping New user logs, audit trails,etc.  WORKS WITH ALL
          BBS's.

PRINT   - Prints desired files during cleanup (letters, reports, etc.) WORKS
          WITH ALL BBS's.

PROBLEM - Door to track problem users.  WORKS WITH ANY DOOR.SYS BBS.

QUEST   - Generates reports of questions from MajorBBS or Worldgroup
          signup questions.

SEARCHL - Searches VDSSNOOP.LOG for desired string... look for what a 
          particular user says... an input... whatever.

SILLY   - Silly Stories Door allows users to write an on-going story.  WORKS
          WITH ALL DOOR.SYS doors.

STOPEXE - Allows you to stop your Autoexec.bat file at a particular point.
          For example, if you run a program automatically at boot... you can
          stop it if desired.   WORKS ON ANY SYSTEM.

SUGGEST - A Suggestion Box DOOR.  WORKS WITH ALL DOOR.SYS SYSTEMS.

USRRPT  - A group of programs that print reports on users, write new users
          letters, detect duplicate users, keep a running database after 
          forever (after users are deleted), genrate random passwords, and
          more.
