This program requires VBRUN300.DLL and COMMDLG.DLL. These are common
windows DLL's and should already exist on your system. However, you can
FTP a copy of each at "cyberspace.com" at "pub/archive/tierra". Copy 
VBRUN300.DLL and COMMDLG.DLL to your "C:\windows\system" directory or 
its equivalent before you attempt to install this program.
