PERS-PLAN (r3.0). For personal cash planning and budgeting. 
Use to prepare a personal budget and cashflow projections for 
twelve months ahead. Very comprehensive features. Very friendly 
and menu-driven with extensive "on-line" context-sensitive help 
and "drill-down" features. Substantial accompanying documentation. 

PERS-PLAN produces numerous reports and graphs with analyses 
of income & expenditure and details of projected bank and 
credit card balances. Handles any currency, income tax (any 
regime), interest calculations, salary deductions, expenditure 
under many headings etc. 

For easy updating of projections, it incorporates facilities for
printing graphs, "rolling forward" assumptions and projections 
one month at a time. PERS-PLAN is ideal for "what-if" analyses. 

As a bonus, PERS-PLAN includes text files containing dozens of 
quotations about money. PERS-PLAN has been rated extremely easy to 
use.

Archiving & distribution arrangement
------------------------------------
The supplied archive file, PERSPLAN.* contains all the program files 
required to run PERS-PLAN. 

You should recommend users to install PERS-PLAN to a subdirectory
called "PERS". The first thing a new user should do after installation
is run a program called "GO".

System required
---------------
Industry-standard PC with DOS 3.30 or higher and a hard disk,
or dual 3.5" or 5.25" drives. Conventional memory of 640k. Runs 
as a DOS program within Windows. VGA, GCA, mono, Hercules or LCD 
displays (or equivalents). Printer (dot-matrix, ink-jet or laser) 
desirable but not essential.

Registration
------------
Fee is 29 pounds (sterling or Irish) or US$44 including p&p (S&H). 
Cheques, drafts, international money orders, Eurocheques etc. 
are all acceptable provided that they are denominated in pounds 
sterling, US$ or Irish pounds. Payment can also be made by credit 
card (Visa, Access, MasterCard or Eurocard).
 
In return for registering, a user receives the latest fully-
operational version with its 90-page spiral-bound printed manual 
(incorporating tutorial exercises etc.). In addition, full support 
is provided. Further details are contained in the text file README.TXT.

Registration is via the author, Invest-Tech Limited, for Europe etc. 
and through "PsL" (Public software Library) for the US/Canada.
