Total Lottery System
 
 LOTTO.EXE Runs under MS-DOS

 Program requires the following enclosed Microsoft Files to run.



 The following Universal Total System files must reside in the same
 directory:

 LOTTO.EXE
 README.TXT
 SAMPLE.LTO
 LOTTOUSE.WWO
  
 Programs will not alter your Windows Files.

 Documentation with instructions on how to use program can be read or
 printed from within the program by pressing the F1 key.
 
 To start, click on LOTTO.EXE.
