specific version of StereoSketch as long as you follow
these conditions:


1.  The software is not modified in any way.

2.  All the files on this disk are distributed
    together as a unit.

3.  Your customers understand that this is a "shareware"
    copy, and an additional fee is required if they
    want a registered license to continue using the
    program.

4.  You agree to terminate distribution of our product,
    if we so request.


You may compress/decompress our files as needed.  You may
add your files for distribution.  You may provide your own
installation routines.  You may include this program as part
of a compilation disk.
