 AB    This presentation will highlight some of the major psychosocial issues
       arising from social work practice with AIDS dementia patients. Attention
       will be focussed on such areas as the emotional impact of ADC Diagnosis;
       impact on significant others; legal and treatment decision issues;
       decision making disability and consequences; practical issues. To
       illustrate, individual case examples will be used together with this
       worker, experiences of working with dementia patients and their carers
       in a group setting.
