AACO officials admitted to mistakenly revealing the HIV status and sexual orientation of 36 people who served on a community advisory committee for prevention programs and the agency has since been sued twice for hiring discrimination. PATF's former executive director was indicted for stealing over $200,000 from the organization for his personal use. The accused, Francis J. Stoffa, Jr., maintains his innocence and is awaiting trial.
