Information Manager v.1.0 Readme File ===================================== Thank you for your interest in Information Manager version 1.0. Information Manager is an easy-to-use personal information manager. It has the following features: - Address Book which can hold thousands of entries, with a wide variety of fields to enter information in. - Calendar which is good until the year 2000. You can enter notes for each day up until then. - Three To Do Lists which can hold 11 items each. Then you can check them off when you are done. - Four Notepads on which you can write whatever you want. Installation ============ To install just run the program SETUP.EXE and the program will be installed. If you have problems, read the Manual Installation section below. Manual Installation =================== To install the program manually (only recommended if SETUP.EXE did not work), do the following: 1) Make a directory for the program (i.e. C:\INFMAN) 2) Copy the following files to the directory that you created: INFMAN10.EX_ to INFMAN10.EXE INFMAN.HL_ to INFMAN.HLP README.TXT to README.TXT LICENSE.TXT to LICENSE.TXT 3) Copy the following files to your windows system directory: VBIO.VB_ to VBIO.VBX TABRUN.VB_ to TABRUN.VBX DBPUSH.VB_ to DBPUSH.VBX VBRUN200.DLL to VBRUN200.DLL 4) Create a group for the program in Windows (i.e. Information Manager) 5) Add the following items to the group: Filename Description ------------------------------------------ (directory)\infman10.exe Information Manager v.1.0 (directory)\infman.hlp Information Manager Help 6) You are now ready to run your program.
