Elements v1.0 Wide Beta

Problems corrected:

Adding error handling so the table can be started with
or without graphics files.

Added more handling where I saw more possible problems.

Installation:

Run ELEMENTS.EXE

The Directory Setup will come up.  Find the correct path and click ok... 
Your system will check to see if the files are there, if they are you will
be told so, if they aren't, you will also be told.

Click on reinitialize.

Click on start.

Enjoy the table!
