HOW TO INSTALL
==============
INSTALATION
===========
     	The Visual LoanBook program is easy to install with only a few
	decision on you part about where you want to have the program's
	start-up Icon placed and in which directory to keep the files in. 
	If you answer OK to two questions of the in the install
	process, the main file "morgage.exe" will be installed in the
	\windows directory and the programs start-up Icon will be placed
	in the ACCESSORY window, where the clock, calendar, and
	calculator Icon's are found.

INSTRUCTIONS:
-------------
     	A-From the PROGRAM MANAGER, click on the FILE menu and choose 
	  RUN...
	B-Enter the name and location where you downloaded and unzipped the 
	  setuplb.exe program.  Ex: C:\CServe\Download\setuplb 
	C-The instalation program will begin by asking you if the files it needs 
	  are in it's default directory which is "C:\CServe\Download".  If you 
	  unzipped the files in a separate directory just enter that information
	  and click on Continue.
	D-Second, you are asked whether to install files to the
	  \Windows directory.  Choose OK or enter the directory of your
	  choice.
	E-Third, you are asked whether to install the Programs ICON
	  within the Accessory Window.  Choose OK or enter the Group window
	  of you choice.
	INSTALATION IS COMPLETED.

HOW TO USE THE PROGRAM
======================

CHOOSING A LOAN TYPE:
---------------------
	From the View menu, you have the choice of personal loans, U.S. mortgages or
	Canadian mortgages.

ENTERING A LOAN AMOUNT:
-----------------------
	Click on the box marked "X" next to the number keypad, then use the keypad or
	enter the amount from the keyboard.

ENTERING A DOWNPAYMENT AMOUNT:
------------------------------
	Click on the box marked "Y" next to the number keypad, then use the keypad or
	enter the amount from the keyboard.

CHOOSING THE INTEREST RATE RANGE:
---------------------------------
	With the scrollbar on the left you can see a range of 15 interest rate at a time
	The total range is between 4% and 30%

CHOOSING THE TIME PERIOD:
-------------------------
	By using the scrollbar on the top you can see a range of ten payment periods
	at a time. For personal loans the range is from 6 months to 114 months (9.5 years) 
	and for mortgage loans the range is from 1 year to 30 years.

CALCULATING THE TOTAL INTEREST PAYED:
-------------------------------------
	From the View menu, choose "Total Interest Payed", then click on any loan
	amount on the screen.

COPYING A LOAN AMOUNT TO THE CLICKBOARD:
----------------------------------------
	From the Edit menu choose "Copy To Clipboard", then click on any loan amount
	on the screen.
